Enhancement Detail (external process)

Application  Any car that doesn't feel silky smooth to the touch after washing, visable contamination (tar spots etc) and has light swirl marks. Recommended as an annual treatment and for the client who appreciates a simply stunning finish!

Overview  A car treated with a clay bar has to be seen and felt to be believed! A car clay bar targets the common enemy of every car finish - pollution that causes automotive paint contamination. It's in the air we breathe, it's on the roads we drive, and it attaches to your car's paint, where it bonds and begins a process of oxidation.
Surface contamination, is difficult to clean or polish off, yet clay removes it with ease. In addition we use a liquid pre-cleaner which is machine applied and if necessary combine this gentle buffing with a light swirl remover. The complete process results in  thoroughly clean paintwork, enhanced gloss and a light swirl mark free finish. A double layer of a boutique wax further enhances and protests the finish.

Process
  • Power wash complete car including under wheel arches.
  • Alloys cleaned including the inside of rims. Clay used to remove any remaining bonded contamination.
  • Rimwax applied - delivers a brilliant shine and protective shield to alloy wheels.
  • 2 bucket wash with lambswool wash mitt and pH neutral shampoo (no alkalies acids or abrasives).
  • Towel dried
  • Tar spots removed
  • Race Glaze clay bar and lubricant
  • Duragloss Pre-Cleaner applied via gentle machine polishing
  • Sonus swirl remover via machine polisher
  • Door shuts cleaned
  • Double layer of Collinite Marque d'Elegance, Race Glaze 55 (+£25) or Race Glaze Black Label (+£45)
  • Vinyls and rubbers conditioned
  • Exhaust tips and exterior metal work cleaned and polished.
  • Glass polished
