John could not have been more helpful when I contacted him with a view to detailing and protecting... the paintwork on my new car.I live some distance away and could not meet in person so John contacted a local (to him) vehicle transportation company and arranged for my car to be collected from me, and returned after the work was completed. I was kept informed of progress and photos supplied after the detailing was finished.My car looked fantastic in the pictures but even so, when the car was delivered back to me, I was overwhelmed at the finish. The car truly gleamed in the morning sun, drawing a small group of bystanders who praised the car thinking it had been specially prepared for an event somewhere.John’s professionalism and attention to detail was clearly evident. Doesn’t try selling you the most expensive package available like most would, great info provided about all the different packages at different prices. Highly recommend, will use again when needed. Picked up my car today post a full enhancement detail with ceramic coating, plus interior and... engine bay. All I can say is wow! I am not often short for words, but the attention to detail and professionalism of the work done to my vehicle surpassed my expectations. This is the first time I have had a detail done, so was very new to the subject. From the initial telephone consultation to discuss requirements and then taking my car for a viewing, John was brilliant from the start so had no qualms that my car was in the right hands. I highly recommend John as he is a true testament to the profession and I look forward to further continued business in the future.read more

Did some research to find John initially and then spoke regarding requirements, very knowledgeable... and honest about likely requirements and cost also reasonable, car booked in for enhancement and ceramic coating for a couple of days after collecting from dealer (this was a 16 month old 12k miles car), dropped off and quick chat to confirm it looked like it was as expected, John sent some photos once it had be cleansed of dealer coatings to show true condition and reassured it was as expected and nothing that couldn't be sorted. Next contact was to say it was finished and we could collect as arranged. Very pleased with the result on collection, paint looked "cleaner" allowing the metallic to show, coating then gave it a depth and a "gloss" as was hoped for and keeping it clean should be easier! All around a pleasant and easy experience with a great end result at a reasonable price and happy to answer any questions going forward. I would have no issues with recommending Johns services.Thanks for making our new to us car better than when we picked it upDaveread more

Full valet at home.I had one simple request when I first contacted John. The car is one year old,... never cleaned, I want it looking like new.That is exactly what I got. Perfect.Arrived exactly when he said he would. It did take a little longer than anticipated but that is no bad thing. One year of grime on an XC90.Also, another really nice touch from John, he did NOT leave one of those cheap smelly things in the car. You know, those bits of cardboard dipped in a mixture of grandads Old Spice and some knock off Dolcie Gambon from the car boot.I cannot recommend highly enough. I have also pre booked for the next two months. Should be a bit easier next time.Andyread more

Our first time using a professional detailer and certainly not our last. My wife's Boxter came with... a very poor electric polish from a previous owner that had left significant swirls and horrible 'holographic' buff marks over the entire surface. I tried to fix it myself with various good quality polishes and paint restorers to no avail, so we asked John for a Mini detail. But after a good wash it was clear in the sunshine that the car badly needed some paintwork treatment. So John quickly and professionally switched to this longer and more intensive treatment right on the driveway. As we provided the coffee he kept us fully appraised of the work as he progressed. Though a little more work is required to get it to the point we can get a ceramic coating, the results were simply fantastic. The effort and pride he put in was clear and he's already booked in to give our M4 a similar thorough detail.We have no hesitation in recommending John highly.read more

Very happy with the quality of detailing carried out on my car. Brought out the metallic pearl... paintwork and left a smooth mirror finish. Fixed the chrome roof arches that had been ruined in the hand car wash all blemishes gone and back to a lovely shiny finish. Did trims and wheels even shined the exhaust, car looks new again. Already had a few compliments... worked hard all day, very professional and informative. I highly recommend this company.read more
