The Gleaming Car Co. was established back in 2007 by John Clark to initially provide ongoing car care for discerning owners who appreciate John’s professional approach and his care and attention to detail.

The business moved from being based in the Lincolnshire Wolds to Doncaster, South Yorkshire in 2021 where John now provides a variety of car detailing options in Doncaster – all by appointment only.

Most of the work done is bespoke to the car, whilst of course budget is taken into consideration. We prefer to meet you first, inspect your car and find the best detailing solution for you.

John has had various training throughout his career as a car detailer including machine polishing training from one of the World’s most recognised and respected detailers – Renny Doyle.
