My mindset has always been to try and improve on the last detail I did. This is obviously quite a task when I have been detailing cars for as long as I have ! However, I still absolutely love what I do and seeing the reaction on customer’s faces when they come to collect their car. Its my enthusiasm for what I do and this focus on constantly making little tweaks here and there to processes, equipment and products that perhaps keeps me motivated and brings a steady stream of new and existing customers back for their cars to be professionally detailed.
