New Car Preparation – Land Rover Defender

A very long standing client recently replaced her Defender…..with another one so it was time to once again apply another ceramic coating as she really appreciated the difference after the old car had it too.

As I am now mobile only in the Doncaster area and the detailing studio facility in Brigg was a little far to go it was decided to make the most of a fine, warm, still day and apply outside. This isn’t my preferred default as prior to this year how many fine warm still days did we actually have? Luckily the customer has a garage, so once finished I knew the 4hr minimum cure time (before any water contact, i.e rain) would be undercover.

5yr Ceramic Graphene coating applied to all the paintwork which not only gives a great glass like finish but offers so much more protection – especially to all those piano black areas! The leather being cream also had our leather ceramic applied. Glass and wheels had their own formulated ceramic for those areas too.
