As I enter the 19th year of trading the plans for 2026 are to continue doing what I love – detailing cars!
Whilst the endless stream of new “detailers” come and go and cheap valeting outfits bang the words “and detailing” into their title and descriptions, I carry on, lucky enough I guess that I have plenty of loyal customers that keep me busy especially on the Regular Car Care Plans and the one day details that I now do on a purely mobile basis – certainly a tad chilly and demanding at times!
Since the rather abrupt loss of the workshop facility last year things have still worked out positive – I have had to be just a little more realistic as to what can be achieved mobile vs workshop. There are no definite plans currently to go back to having a fixed location to run alongside the mobile work…….but you never know.
Car Care Plan customers have increased to near capacity and now account for much of my day to day work with a few days put aside each month for new detailing work such as coatings, paint correction, enhancement, fabric roof care etc etc.
